Terms of Service

Disclaimer: I work considerably slow and at my own pace, if you have an expectation date please give me at least a one month notice in advance so we may discuss your commission request.

- You may not alter my artwork, remove my signature, resell, reference, copy, trace, nor claim my work as your own. Be sure to credit me when posting it on other sites.- Turnaround for commissions vary on your type of commission.
(Rough estimate may take from 1 week to 1 month, more or less.)- All commissioned work is intended for personal/private use only and may not be used for profit in any way, unless commercial use is already discussed and arranged beforehand.- You cannot use any of my artwork for any and all NFT purposes, doing so will get you blacklisted. Any existing NFTs of my work are unauthorized and stolen.- You are only given 2 - 3 changes during the sketch phase. Once the sketch has been finalized by you, you will not be able to make any more changes.- Any kind of pestering or harassment on your commission status will cause your commission to be terminated.
Refund included.- As an artist, I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork; posting on my social media, commission pricelist examples, or presenting it in my portfolios.- I have the right to decline a commission request if the design is too complex, the concept pose/idea makes me feel uncomfortable, or if I’m unable to draw it.- It is your responsibility to keep up to date with my terms of service, if any of my terms have been violated you will be added to my blacklist, and lose all ability to do business with me.

What are Personal & Commercial use commissions?
Personal use means the artwork won't generate any kind of profit. Using it as wallpaper/avatar in non-profit sites (Deviantart, Toyhouse, Twitter, Instagram, etc), printing for yourself (not for selling) is personal use.Commercial use is any use that could generate income, or that solicits customers, or that directly or indirectly has to do with financial gains, such as using the artwork for your brand (marketing materials, business purposes, etc) or social media platforms that are able to gain profit (Twitch/Youtube/etc). Please note commissions for VTuber characters count as commercial use if my work is used as a streaming asset or to market in any kind of way.

Payment

Disclaimer: i am not responsible for misuse of credit/debit card information from a parental or guardian figure. Therefore, under said circumstances, I will not permit nor issue a refund and they will be added to my blacklist.

- Payment via Paypal, Ko-fi, Cashapp, or Venmo (in USD) only.- If my invoice is not accepted within 24 hours of your submission, your commission/slot will be revoked.- Refunds are not permitted after you explicitly approve the sketch, changes or refunds must be made before I continue to the final stage of the commission.- Refunds may be applied only if I am unable to finish your commission, if there is an error with payment, issues on the clients end, or issues on my end.- Full prepay for YCHs, adopts, and Auctions. UNLESS stated otherwise via social media post.- You will pay half of your commission up front. Once you have approved of the sketch, you will then pay the other half.- I will only accept payment plans if it is discussed and agreed beforehand, or unless stated otherwise via social media post.
